    We are doing a reaserch about htis at school and the way the sulfide is hurting has got to stop. It would make us feel alot better

    The Lake Superior Binational Forum is hosting a free public input meeting to talk about the status and progress of the Torch Lake Area of Concern in Houghton, on Friday, Saturday 5, from 1 to 5 p.m., at the Franklin Square Inn on Shelden Ave. in Houghton. Additional speakers will share information about how to maintain chemically free landscaping and lawns.

    The public is welcome to come and listen to speakers and to give personal comments about the Area of Concern or any issue in the Keweenaw Peninsula affecting the Lake Superior Basin. Refreshments will be served.
