		<description>The plan states facts that should be included, if they have not been already, in the lawsuit in Lansing. Here we have these statements declaring the sensitivity of the Yellow Dog Plains, yet Kennecott moves forward. Absolutely amazing. No wonder they are concerned about citizens being upset enough to monkey wrench things. Do your job, DEQ, DNR and Granholm, et al. OH, and for that matter, Marquette Planning Commission.</description>
